The purpose of this thesis is to host a discussion around men and feminism, in an attempt to sort out whether or not men may be considered feminists, or if that is a question worth asking. This thesis is written through a layered autoethnography, coupling my personal experience with existing feminist literature. An autoethnography is an incredibly personal research method. WhileI conclude it to be immaterial whether or not men may be considered feminists, I also expand my own thinking through a personalized academic journey.
