Robie W. Tufts fonds (Accession No. 1900.433-TUF, 2008.047-TUF)

Robie TuftsRobie W. Tufts, of Wolfville, NS was a migratory bird officer for Nova Scotia from 1919 to 1947. He retired from that Office on 24 May 1947 after 28 years of service with the Federal Government. He held honourary degrees from Acadia University and Dalhousie University.

Records contain notes, diaries, and journals of birds and oology, including the manuscript for Some Common Birds of Nova Scotia, as well as certificates of honour and images.
